Job description
HR OUTSOURCING
Tradeline Corporation Group Ltd (TLC), Malawian company operates as a group with wholly-owned subsidiaries and Strategic Business Units (SBU) including Business Development Centre (BDC), Local-Buy Ltd and Community Finance Ltd. The Group has a diversified business portfolio offering Business Consulting Services, Financial Services and Trade & Markets Services mainly in Agriculture, Manufacturing and Service sectors.As part of its strategic growth and direction, TLC intends to outsource part of its strategic HR functions to external Service Providers. The Service Provider will be engaged through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on part-time and need basis Retainership.
The areas of focus for outsourcing
are as follows;
Recruitment
and Onboarding: Support with best practices in talent acquisition
through finding, evaluating, and onboarding new hires.
Compliance and Legal
Support:
Provide advice and review processes, guidelines and procedures to ensure
compliance to ever-changing labor laws and regulations.
Training and
Development: Undertake employee Needs Assessments and Coordinate
Training and Development, and Evaluate impact of such Staff development on
company business goals.
Performance Management:
Support development and implementation of a solid performance management system,
set up and coordinate effective performance reviews and offer helpful feedback
sessions, and help create a culture of continuous improvement.
Succession Planning: Coordinate Career development plans for employees, review Organizational structure, Job Grading system and develop a robust Succession planning.
